the founder story

the part I do not usually talk about

here is the honest version of why I built the Claude Growth Pack.

I was on a Monday morning call with a DTC brand. $140K/month in spend. they wanted to talk about creative.

before I let them, I pulled up their conversion setup.

two GTM containers firing simultaneously. duplicate conversion tags on three pages. PMax campaign pulling 31% of spend with zero brand exclusions. search terms: 22% of spend going to "[brand] careers" queries.

recoverable waste: $58K/month.

the creative wasn't the problem. the signal was. the algorithm had been bidding on fake conversions for months.

this took me 38 minutes to find. a good auditor can do it in 45. most people who aren't specialists miss it entirely.

after I found it, I did the same thing I always do: I wrote down exactly what I checked, in what order, with what thresholds. I turned it into a checklist.

then I turned the checklist into a Claude Code skill.

/conversion-audit now runs those same 100+ checks automatically. I paste in the account data. it runs every check. I review the output. it takes 6 minutes.

I built 27 more skills the same way. every repetitive, high-stakes task I was doing manually on client accounts. search term reviews, Monday morning scans, RSA audits, PMax checks, weekly client updates. I systematized each one into a skill.

the Claude Growth Pack is all 28 of them.

if you're a founder, operator, or agency owner doing any of this work manually, it's built for you.
